1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how Decks and stories, MB uses cookies and similar technologies on decksandstories.com. For how we process personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
A site audit found no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Cloudflare Web Analytics, YouTube/Instagram embeds, or other third-party tracking scripts loading on page view. Video and social content opens as external links. Newsletter Broadcast open/click tracking in Resend is not enabled for our domain.
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit (or after consent expires, about every 6 months) we show a banner with Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Customize. Necessary storage is always on. Analytics and Marketing / Embeds categories exist for future use and currently do not load any additional scripts.

Cloudflare, as our host, may set its own infrastructure cookies for security and delivery. Those are controlled by Cloudflare’s configuration and are separate from the first-party keys above.
4. Categories (for the banner)
- Necessary — always on; required for forms, consent memory, and newsletter toast UX.
- Analytics — currently unused (nothing loads under this category).
- Marketing / Embeds — currently unused (no third-party embeds gated here yet).
5. Managing preferences
You can clear site data in your browser to reset preferences, or contact decksandstories@gmail.com. After the stored consent timestamp is older than about six months, the banner will appear again.
